My case was on win 10 pro n 1709 (10017025 build 17025) — the game (neither gta iv nor eflc) did not start after clicking "play" button via the rockstar games social club launcher thus, putting those dlls in the game dirs did not solve the issue for me. Gta 4 eflc won't launch. Eflc won't launch close so, i own a physical copy of gta 4 , bought it way back and now i wanna activate it on steam so that i can get the complete edition as i cannot play the game otherwise however i am not good with all of this stuff ,so can anyone tell me how i can use it to get the complete edition i had probably activated the game.

Hello guys,ive got this mayor problem, which i honestly have no idea about how to fix here it is:i recently preformed a clean install on my computer i basically reinstalled windows its an embedded version, what means that i had to update all the drivers myselfi installed the needed software,. Gta 4 not launching gta 4 was working fine on windows 10 until last week, i have applied the game patch for windows 10 and it was working fine. now it is not working after i updated the windows (automatic update for windows 10).. Gta iv won't work on windows 10 hi, i have a problem when doing the setup for grand theft auto iv. i got it when the game launched and worked fine on windows 7 and 8. to launch the game propley after you have done all of this crap you need to go in the gta iv folder like how you did before look for a document that reads "launchgtaiv".
