Samsung Preparing Full HD AMOLED Panels For Mass Production

Samsung is said to be developing Amoled displays which are having 1080P resolutions and mass production is set to start next month. These new 5" display will be used in high end device and will have a 440PPI. The first phone which is expected to be featuring this display is the Galaxy S IV. But there is still one problem as Samsung Display might not get everything done in time which could lead to delayed product launches.
